Results of Deterministic Simulation

Top  Previous  Next

After running a deterministic simulation this window appears with a summary of simulation results:

Project Description:

This textbox contains the name of the project, the project file name, the rainfall file name and the used rainfall time period.

Additionally, simulation time in h/a and the minimal rainfall depth for rainfall events are shown (if h=0mm then all rainfall events are included, if h=3mm only rainfall events with a depth higher than 3 mm are included).

Below this information you can write own comments that are important for the project.

The most important system characteristics and results are listed in the following textboxes:

Rainfall and Receiving Water Characteristics:

Rainfall depth per year [mm]

Number of rain events per year [-]

Flow threshold for bedload transport [m3/s]

Water level at baseflow [m]

NH3-N at baseflow and maximal temperature [mg/l]

Combined Sewer System Characteristics:

Overflow depth per year [mm]

Overflow volume per year [m3]

Number of overflows per year [-]

Duration of overflows per year [h]

Discharged TSS per year [kg]

The following results are listed below:

Discharge to WWTP: q(ARA) [m3/s] (minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation)

NH4-N concentration to WWTP: c(NH4 ARA) [g/m3] (minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation)

TSS concentration to WWTP: c(TSS ARA)[g/m3] (minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation)

NH4-N load to WWTP: f(NH4 ARA)[kg/a]

NH4-N load spilled to the receiving water: f(NH4 entl)[kg/a]

The overflow depth is equal to overflow volume devided by effective catchment area. If you multiply this value by 10 then you get the overflow volume in m3/ha effective catchment area.

Seperate Sewer System Characteristics:

Overflow depth per year [mm]

Overflow volume per year [m3]

Number of overflows per year [-]

Duration of overflows per year [h]

Discharged TSS per year [kg]

Kritische NH3- und Geschiebetriebereignisse:

Critical NH3 events per year [-]

Total bedload events per year [-]

Bedload events by overflows per year [-]

Time with critical TSS colmation [%]

Time with toxical TSS accumulation [%]

Critical events for turbidity per year [-]

Time with critical O2 depletion [%]

Extrem Value Statistics: Average over event during discharge

Average values of following characteristics are calculated for return periods of 0.1, 1 and 10 years:

(Attention: no peak values but average values per events)

Discharge in receiving water [m3/s]

Ammonia concentration in receiving water [mg/l]

Fraction of mixed water to total discharge [-]
