Here, the different impacts for the simulation can be activated or deactivated. It is recommended to activate all impacts. The following impacts are considered:
•NH3 Dose: The impact caused by combined sewer overflows is assessed by the expected ammonia load. In each time step of the simulation the calculated NH3 dose is compared with a critical dose (NH3 crit). The exceedance of this limit is tolerated once in five years (e.g. 0.2 critical events per year).
•Hydraulics: The hydraulic impact on the receiving water is assessed by counting the overflow events from urban drainage that cause bedload. Depending on the ecomorphological state of the receiving water 1 to 10 bedload events per year are tolerated (see table below).
•Solids: an implemented model for suspended solids transport allows the calculation of the TSS load overflowing from combined and separate sewer system to the receiving water (see Implemented Modells / TSS and Immission from TSS for details).
