Running a Simulation

Top  Previous  Next

Simulations are performed under menu item Simulation:

deterministic: only one simulation with average values is performed (consistent with the simulation in the older program REBEKA I). The results are displayed in a separate window. It is recommended to perform first a deterministic simulation to control the plausibility of the results.

stochastic: a Monte-Carlo simulation is performed. The number of completed runs together with the total number of runs is displayed in the status line (e.g. 123 of 1000). The program can be minimized during the simulation (with this button minimize in the right top corner). It runs then in the background. The status of the simulation is shown on the program button in the taskbar (e.g. 123 of 1000). So, it is possible to work with an other application during the simulation. After the end of the simulation the results are displayed in form of charts in the tab Critical Events, TSS Loads and TSS Immission.
